This role is a blend of client services and project management, bridging day-to-day responsibilities such as project timelines, budgeting, implementation, and overall management to ensure that projects are executed on brand, on time, and on budget. They should have 5+ years experience as an AM or PM in advertising, design, and/or communications. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, meticulous record keeping, creative and flexible problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills are key. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.

This role unites account services with complex strategic thinking to drive innovation while balancing client, company, and team needs. It requires excellent communication, strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, creative and flexible problem solving, and an understanding of how to provide outstanding work even with budgetary restraints. Having the skill set to provide direction and vision throughout a project lifecycle is also needed.

A production artist is the final checkpoint in our creative design process. They review layouts and content in print or digital form and ensure brand standards across color, font, production quality, and more. Print and graphic production artists scale and crop, retouch, change layout, and eliminate redundancy in copy. They are innovative, computer-savvy graphics specialists, no matter the medium. Whether it’s print production or digital design, they are able to create a finished product that meets the branding goals. They put the finishing touches on the art that really matters in the business world, creating and maintaining our client’s brand.
A perfect match for us would be a seasoned production artist who is self-motivated and can easily engage with fellow creatives to produce smart solutions that ‘wow’ our clients. They should also be nimble, organized, and able to problem solve.

Nimble Works senior copywriters create smart and delightful stories that bring brand strategies to life. These powerful stories become the foundation for marketing materials of many kinds: websites, presentations, brochures, animations, customer testimonials, social media assets, and more. Senior copywriters communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and clients. They’re game to add their strategic thinking to new business pitches, new campaigns, and new ideas for established brands. A perfect match for us is a self-motivated and inquisitive copywriter with 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.

Creative strategists assimilate and articulate elements that are essential to a brand’s success: salient customer challenges and needs; differentiating positioning territories; compelling value propositions; inspiring creative springboards; and more. Creative strategists are passionate problem solvers. They inquire skillfully, listen deeply, and communicate persuasively. They spot actionable insights that inspire strategically sound and deeply engaging creative work. Creative strategists typically come to the role with 7-10 years of previous experience as senior creative, account, or strategic leaders.

This position offers a wide range of creative input with opportunities to be part of campaign concepting, graphic design, and new business pitches while growing established brands. Being passionate about developing innovative, bold ideas and team collaboration are essential qualities for a Senior Art Director. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is a plus. A perfect match for us would be a seasoned art director with at least 5+ years of experience in advertising, design, and/or communications who is a self-motivated ideator and can easily engage with fellow creatives, account, and strategy to produce smart solutions that ‘wow’ our clients. They should also be nimble and able to problem solve as well as present ideas both internally and externally.

We are lateral thinkers with extensive experience across many sectors. We are generalists and specialists who often do not fit standard job descriptions. And we’ve joined together to create a nimble and better way of working, for our clients, and for ourselves.
Nimble was founded 8 years ago by two sisters seeking to create a new agency model and who set about building a deeply experienced team with a warm and winning mix of talent and tenacity, passion and productivity.
